Can you hold a place before I apply?
To make a home yours you will need to apply online and be approved. Once you are approved, you have 24 hours to sign the lease and place your deposit before we offer the home to the next applicant. We are not able to hold homes. -
Do I pay first month’s rent and last month’s rent with my security deposit?
You are required to pay first month's rent before moving in. -
How old do you have to be to apply?
All financially responsible applicants must be 18 years old. -
Is the deposit refundable?
Yes, if you leave your home clean and with no damage, your security deposit will be refunded within 45 days of written request. -
Who needs a cosigner?
Applicants with less than 600 credit score, who cannot show proof of income 2.5x the monthly rent, and have 2 years verifiable rent history will need a cosigner with a credit score of 700 who shows proof of annual income 80x the monthly rent. -

How do I pay rent?
All rent payments can be made on your resident portal or at a convenient paysite with your downloadable payslip. -
I want to get a pet. What do I do?
Please reach out to our team to discuss the pet policy for your property. Properties that do accept pets will ask that you pay the $300 pet fee before the pet moves in. -
I want to move out, but my roommate wants to stay. What do I do?
If your roommate agrees and financially qualifies the two you can sign a mutual release. -
My lease expiration is coming and I want to move out. What do I do?
You must submit a 30 day notice to vacate form on your online portal. -
Who is responsible for paying for repairs & maintenance requests?
The nature of your request will determine who pays. In general, the property owner pays for most requests. However, if your request is determined to be from damage caused by you, you will be responsible.
