Am I required to make my property available to Section 8?
Dynamic Property Solutions does not manage Section 8 properties or require our owners to accept any housing voucher programs. -
Are you licensed?
Yes, we are! We are a licensed real estate brokerage in the state of Oklahoma. Our managing partners are licensed real estate brokers and hold national CPM and CAPS credentials. -
Can I reach you after hours?
We operate a 24/7 emergency maintenance line and our communication portals are available 24 hours a day. You can expect a live response during business hours for non-emergencies. -
Can you put the money directly into my account?
Yes, we can! We distribute electronically, every month, right to owner's bank accounts. -
Do I get to see the lease or sign it?
We take care of all lease preparation and signing for you. As licensed real estate brokers we sign the lease on your behalf. -
Do you sell real estate too?
Yes, we do. As a full service real estate firm we represent and assist our clients in anything needed for their real estate portfolio. If you are considering a disposition or acquisition, we can help. -
How and when do I get my checks?
We direct deposit on the 15th of every month. -
How is rent collection handled?
We collect rent electronically. Residents have until the 5th of every month before rent is late. -
How long of a lease do you sign?
We sign 12 month leases. -
How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?
Residents are asked to place one full month of rent as security. -
How soon can you start managing my property?
Immediately! -
What type of properties do you manage?
Dynamic manages all types of income producing and commercial real estate from single family homes to apartments, warehouses, offices, and more. -
What type of reports do I get and how often?
You receive an owner's statement monthly. -
Who holds the tenant security deposit?
Dynamic holds all security deposits in a designated trust account.
