What We Do For You
We work with all of our clients to develop reporting and communication strategies that deliver the information you need when you need it. With years of experience working directly for owners, and as owners ourselves, we have developed timelines, workflows, and policies that we can immediately apply to your asset. We take our role in the daily operations of your property very seriously and strive to manage each asset as if we owned it ourselves. We are there on the ground doing what you would do... so you don’t have to.
How We Do It
Our team brings years of experience from site level to executive level to the table. We have managed conventional, luxury, garden style, military and middle housing from Class A+ to Class C. From branding to construction and development, it’s not uncommon to hear us say, “We’ve done it.” This knowledge and experience allows us to work with you to design a strategic plan for your asset to maximize revenue. We use a sophisticated and flexible property management software along with integrated industry tools to provide best in class service to owners and investors.
Natalie Johnson
Broker, Managing Partner
Natalie Johnson is an experienced team builder and property management thought leader. She promotes a team culture focused on driving innovation and professionalism in property management. A highly skilled multifamily operations executive with expert knowledge of the Oklahoma City market she has accomplished a distinguished track record of increased asset growth by passionately approaching problems with creative solutions. Before founding Dynamic Property Solutions, she spent 10+ years building a career with a large commercial real estate development firm; in her roles from leasing agent to Vice President of Multifamily she gained the hands-on expertise to successfully direct and oversee real estate operations. In addition to being a licensed Oklahoma Real Estate Broker, Natalie is accredited by The National Apartment Association as a Certified Portfolio Supervisor, Certified Apartment Manager, Certified Apartment Leasing Professional and serves as a Faculty Member of The National Apartment Association Education Institute.
Brian Campa
Managing Partner
Brian Campa is a servant leader and an experienced commercial real estate professional. He has spent his career focusing on adopting a growth mindset, demonstrating to his partners and team members how to obtain an attitude of abundance as well as taking extreme ownership. Prior to Dynamic Property Solutions, Brian spent 10+ years in institutional property and asset management in most every asset class including retail, office, medical office, light industrial, industrial, and multifamily, representing some of the largest REITs and pension funds throughout the United States. Brian graduated from Brigham Young University with a B.S. in Facility and Property Management. He later went on to obtain his MBA from Pepperdine University. He holds the distinguished Certified Property Manager (CPM®) designation issued by the Institute of Real Estate Management. He is also a licensed real estate broker in California.
Jose Lopez
Construction Manager
Jose Lopez is a dedicated professional who leads construction and special projects for the Dynamic team. With more than 10 years in the multifamily maintenance and construction industry, he is well versed in the strategies and best practices to bring a job in on time, under budget, and exceeding expectations. With onsite operations experience from makeready technician to multi-site maintenance supervisor, he knows how to work with the operations team to achieve amazing results for residents and owners. He is experienced in all trades with an emphasize in HVAC. He completed his HVAC training at Francis Tuttle Technology Center. He holds EPA and CPO licensing.
Jennifer Trice
Portfolio Operations Manager
Jennifer Trice is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience in overseeing operations across multiple locations, consistently driving team performance and achieving strategic goals. Through her effective leadership, strong analytical skills and a proven ability to identify and implement operational improvements within assigned regions, Jennifer has led numerous on-site teams throughout Oklahoma. Prior to Dynamic Property Solutions, Jennifer spent the past 7 years as a Regional Property Manager specializing in class B & C assets. Jennifer is accredited by the National Apartment Association as a Certified Portfolio Supervisor and the National Association of Home Builders as a Housing Credit Certified Professional.
